Foundation B.Connected is by the dutch treasury
admitted as a foundation with a public interest
as meant in
article 24, lid 4 van de successiewet
1956 (succession / inheriting law).
As
a consequence she has an advantage for the
rights of inheriting and succession, whereas also the donors has
substantial advantage from the income tax.
